WyoLotto’s COVID-19 Response

Offices closed until further notice

March 16, 2020 – The spread of COVID-19 is affecting every one of us, even here in Wyoming. We put our players, staff and supporters first, and we want to make sure we are following all precautions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Wyoming Department of Health (WDH). Our entire team wants to assure everyone that we are constantly monitoring the situation.

We care greatly about our players and staff, so to do our part in protecting each other, we want you to be aware of how we are responding.

  • First, we want our players to know that our office hours may adjust or potentially close to protect our staff and players. We will continue to evaluate our business hours based on information we are receiving from the experts at the CDC and WDH and measures to protect staff and players.  Because of this, we suggest our players call us at 307-432-9300 before coming to our office.
  • Second, we are committed to providing exceptional service. Therefore, if you have potentially winning tickets and you feel ill or you are not comfortable going to a local retailer, you may mail your tickets to our office for processing. Our mailing address for checking tickets and submitting winning tickets is:
    1620 Central Ave., Suite 100
    Cheyenne, WY 82009
    • To claim a prize under $600, please fill out the back of your ticket completely and mail to the address above.
    • To claim a prize of more than $600, please
      • Fill out a Winner Claim Form from wyolotto.com/win/prize-claim-form/
      • Include a copy of your Driver’s License and Social Security card
      • Sign and complete the back of your winning ticket
      • Mail the original ticket, Winner Claim Form and copies of Driver’s License and Social Security card to:
        1620 Central Ave., Suite 100
        Cheyenne, WY 82001
  • Third, the best ways to check winning numbers are to go to our website at wyolotto.com or call 877-WY-LOTTO.
  • Fourth, all lottery drawings for Cowboy Draw®, Powerball®, Mega Millions® and Lucky For Life® will continue as scheduled, and ticket sales and cashing winnings under $600 will remain available at our retailers across the state. All lottery retailers are private business and may choose to alter their hours and services.

We want our players to feel confident that sending claims through the mail is a secure and safe way to redeem winnings. Our team will work to process claims as timely as possible given the circumstances. Please call us if you have concerns about a claim you have mailed in.

We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated. This is a rapidly evolving situation, so please check our website and social media for further updates.
