With careful consideration and in accordance with state and county guidelines, we are open to players by appointment. To ensure we have staff ready to process your claim, please read below.
- Make an appointment to claim your prize by calling 307-432-9300. Please leave a message and we call you back as quickly as possible. You may also send us an email.
- For security reasons, please do not wear a mask into our lobby.
- Bring your ticket and follow the steps here so we can get your claim processed quickly!
- Or, mail in your claim! Please allow a few weeks for the claim to arrive and be processed.
- If you arrive and someone is already in our office, please wait to be buzzed in by our staff.
- We will have designated points on the sidewalk outside of the lobby to help maintain a safe distance for anyone waiting to enter. After our team has sanitized the lobby, we will buzz in the next person.
- If you are interested in purchasing tickets, we have open retailers across the state.
