March 18, 2025 – WyoLotto officials announced this week the Board of Directors will welcome a new board member to the nine person board. The board members are appointed by Governor Mark Gordon to four-year terms.
“It is with great pleasure and a personal honor that we welcome Jeff Collins of Cheyenne to join the Wyolotto Board of Directors. Jeff’s commitment to his country through the Wyoming Air National Guard and the United States Air Force undoubtedly will provide great insights for our organization,” said Jon Clontz, WyoLotto CEO.
Collins retired from the Wyoming Air National Guard in 2023 and now serves as the Facilities Maintenance Production Controller for the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Prior to Collins serving his country, he pursued running the family farm and was a production manager for a railroad supply company. Collins has been in Cheyenne since 2000.
Collins personal achievements include:
- VAE Nortrak Railroad Supply production manager
- Retired Senior Master Sergeant United States Air Force
- Honorably Discharged Veteran with 35 years military service.
- Multiple tours to combat areas with associated service decorations
- U.S. Air Force Civil Engineer/Materiel Management Specialist/Fuel Distribution Systems Apprentice
- Superintendent Logistics Readiness Squadron Small Air Terminal
- U.S. Department of Agriculture Facilities Maintenance Production Controller
