Russell won big with a 2by2 winning ticket that was sold in Cheyenne at the Kum & Go on Lincolnway. He has been in Cheyenne for several years but has lived in Wyoming for about 50 years. He was our 1st winner to win on a free play ticket! He regularly checks his tickets online and when he realized he had matched the numbers he ended up checking several times again and then twice more the following day. He said this win comes at just the right time. A big congrats to Russell!
