Well that's what Carl was able to surprise his wife with! He recently won big with 2by2 and drove down with his wife from Casper to pick up the big check for $22,000! Carl is retired and is an avid golfer at the Paradise Valley Golf Course where he purchased his winning ticket! They said they plan to put most away for a rainy day, but with their anniversary trip coming up, they may add on a couple extra things to that celebration.
