One lucky Cowboy DrawTM player scored the biggest jackpot in Cowboy Draw history, winning $3.3 million from the December 6, draw. The winning ticket was purchased at Ridley’s Family Markets, located at 300 East Wyoming Blvd. in Casper, Wyo.
