Jim Willox is a fourth-generation Converse County resident. He was raised on his family ranch south of Douglas. He graduated from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Agricultural Business.
He is not only active in the professional setting but also in many other realms of his community, including his involvement with the Wyoming High School Activities Association as a basketball official for over 20 years and as a USA wrestling official for over 10 years. Jim and his wife, Tione, call Douglas their home and have two grown sons.
