Become a Wyoming Lottery Retailer

The Wyoming Lottery is accepting retailer applications. Wyoming retail business owners can apply to sell WyoLotto Powerball® and Mega Millions® tickets. To ensure that you have all of the required information readily available, we recommend that you review the list below.


Key Information Required to Complete the Application:

(This is not an inclusive list)

Applicant Information:

  1. Applicants contact info, SS#, Date of Birth, Drivers License #
  2. If you are a corporation, you must list the person in charge such as the CEO, Director, President, etc. and their contact information on the application.
  3. This information must be completed for ALL partners

Retailer Information:

This information is needed for all locations you are applying for.

  1. Federal Employee ID Number, Business Information, Name, Address Phone, Email
  2. Legal Business Type/Type of Business
  3. Business Hours/Vendor Hours
  4. Operations & Sales, Including annual customer count/foot traffic, Annual sales and reported to the IRS for last business year
  5. Liquor License Number(s) if applicable (state and federal)
