Retailers located in Evanston, Gillette, Laramie, Rawlins, and Saratoga sell 7 winning Mega Millions tickets for Sept. 23 drawing

The Wyoming Lottery Corporation today reported that seven players won a total of $5,500 in the Mega Millions® drawing on Tuesday, Sept. 23. Retailers in Evanston, Laramie, Rawlins, and Saratoga sold the winning tickets. The largest amount won was $2,500. The remaining six winning amounts were $500 each.




The largest amount won in the Sept. 23 drawing was $2,500. The winner bought their ticket at Country Store, located at 303 S. 1st Street in Saratoga, on Sept. 20. The winner purchased their Mega Millions ticket with the multiplier option. Their total wager was $2 and resulted in a larger payout. Instead of winning $500 the player won $2,500. The Megaplier was 5x- increasing the total winnings to $2,500 ($500 multiplied by 5).


  • KIK’s Chevron, located at 106 N 3rd Street, sold a $500 winning ticket on Aug. 31.
  • Rip’s Grocery and Sinclair Station, located at 98 County Road, sold a $500 winning ticket on Sept. 12.


  • Maverik Inc, located at 1616 E. U.S. HWY 14, sold a $500 winning ticket on Sept. 23.
  • Big D Kwik Shop (Conoco Station), located at 800 E 2nd Street, sold a $500 winning ticket on Sept. 23.


  • Snowy’s Store and Shell Station, located at 1524 Reynolds Street, sold a $500 winning ticket on Sept. 20.


  • Perkins Conoco, located at 2325 W Spruce, sold a $500 winning ticket on Sept. 14.

Mega Millions tickets cost $1 for each play plus $1 for the Megaplier. Mega Millions drawings are held every Tuesday and Friday at 9 p.m. Ticket sales close at 8 p.m. Winning numbers can be found at or by calling toll free 1-855-995-6886 (855-WY-LOTTO). To find out if you have won, check your numbers online at or take your ticket to any official WyoLotto retailer. The retailer will check your ticket by passing it under the machine. The retailer is authorized to pay up to $599 in prizes. Prizes over $600 must be processed through lottery headquarters in Cheyenne either in person or by mail. See for details.
