The legislation that authorized the creation of a lottery in Wyoming specifically prohibits scratch games. However, we are currently researching Wyoming-specific draw games so stay tuned!
We will honor requests for anonymity from winners. However, we certainly hope winners will allow us to share their names and good news with other players.
Many of our players have asked where to find historical winning numbers. You can find historical winning numbers on the Powerball® page and the Mega Millions® page on our website. Use the ‘Number Checker’ to find past winning numbers since August 24, 2014. As a reminder, the only way to validate your tickets is through a Lottery Retailer or at the Lottery Office.

When people win amounts of $500 and more, we post a news story at the WyoLotto website and soon will be sharing winner’s stories, photos and more. Look for winners in your town!

Wyoming Lottery Corporation warns Wyoming residents to be on guard against scams trying to trick players into providing money or personal financial information in order to claim a lottery prize. “The Wyoming Lottery never asks winners for money in order to claim their prize,” stressed Jon Clontz, CEO of the Wyoming Lottery Corporation. “We don’t notify people if they’ve won, they notify us.”
