CHEYENNE – Wyoming retailers interested in selling Powerball® and Mega Millions® tickets should attend one of the nine workshops being held over the next two weeks.
The Wyoming Lottery Corp. will hold workshops in Evanston on April 22, Jackson on April 23, Riverton on April 24, two in Cheyenne on April 25, Gillette on April 28, Sheridan on April 29, two in Casper on April 30, and Rock Springs and Cody on May 6.
By attending the workshops, retailers will learn about the lottery, as well as gain a better understanding of the retailer application and selection process. The workshops will also include a facilitated discussion to seek retailers’ feedback on the application and contract.
“Obtaining input from the retailers is a priority for the lottery,” said Jon Clontz, Wyoming Lottery’s Chief Executive Officer. “We need to make sure that the process is equitable for the majority of retailers, because the lottery will not be successful unless retailers are successful.”
Clontz explained that the lottery will take retailers’ feedback into consideration when solidifying the application and contract. Once finalized, the application and contract will be presented to the lottery’s board of directors during a public meeting. The board’s approval will open the application process and launch efforts to recruit retailers. (more…)

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Wyoming Lottery has moved another step closer to becoming fully operational with the announcement today that the Wyoming Lottery Corp. has selected Warehouse Twenty One to provide strategic marketing and advertising support for WyoLotto™.
A Cheyenne-based integrated marketing and design agency, Warehouse Twenty One will provide advertising, marketing, public relations, event and sponsorship planning and media buying services for the Wyoming Lottery.
Wyoming Lottery CEO, Jon Clontz, said Warehouse Twenty One’s proposal scored the highest among the three proposals that were submitted. “Warehouse Twenty One is going to be a good fit for the Lottery,” Clontz said. “We were impressed with their strategic approach, their buttoned-down process and their creativity. The fact that they’re already working with us on our digital marketing strategy will result in a seamless integration of services.” (more…)
Starting April 18, the Wyoming Lottery Corp. will hold a series of workshops as part of its retailer recruitment efforts to gain feedback on the draft application and contract.
Any interested Wyoming retailer wanting to sell WyoLotto™ tickets should attend one of these workshops, which continue through April 30 in key cities in Wyoming. The lottery will announce specific dates, times and locations early next week and post the information on wyolotto.com. Additionally, anyone interested can sign up to be notified about the dates on the website.

CHEYENNE – Reaching another milestone, the Wyoming Lottery Corp. has selected Intralot, Inc. as its gaming vendor to provide the gaming system for WyoLotto™.
The selection of the vendor is an important step in preparing to sell Powerball® and Mega Millions® tickets in Wyoming. Every lottery operated in the U.S. is dependent upon a gaming vendor. Their unique and proprietary systems are what bring lottery games to life in each jurisdiction.

The Wyoming Lottery Corporation is dedicated to an open, objective and fair methodology to ensure that players have statewide access to the WyoLotto products they wish to play. To that end, the Wyoming Lottery Corporation Board of Directors and management team are currently developing a process for contracting with retailers who are interested in selling lottery products. Once the process and retailer contract are defined and approved, Lottery management will begin vetting the process and the contents of the contract with the Wyoming Lottery Corporation Board of Directors, potential retailers and other key stakeholders to ensure that the process is fair and unbiased.
Although the retailer selection process hasn’t yet been finalized, the Wyoming Lottery Corporation management team will take the following five criteria into consideration when reviewing retailer applications:
