Executive Assistant to CEO and Executive Team

The Wyoming Lottery Corporation is currently hiring the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO and executive team.  This person will work directly with our CEO and executive team providing administrative support including managing calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.

This person must be creative and enjoy working within a small office environment that is mission and results driven, and community oriented. This Executive Assistant must also have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and be able to work under pressure at times handling a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. The individual will have the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook preferred.
